I ordered some theme shirts, and after 31 days, the tracking said it was delivered. I contacted customer service and was insured they would send out another package. Now after 37 days, it shows the new package was delivered this morning. I checked the tracking at 6:45 am it just read it was on its way. Not out for delivery. I checked it again at 7 am, and tracking said it was delivered. Ran downstairs, and nothing. We have cameras so going to check them. All I can say is buyer beware.

I ordered 2 shirts. Despite what tracking info said package was never delivered (5 weeks supposed shipping time). I complained, they supposedly replaced the shipment. Five weeks later tracking information says delivered but no shirts. Now they are haggling on how much to refund. Its a scam - when the price is too good to be true it isnt. Credit card company immediately credited my account.

I purchased a large number of casual themed shirts. It took over thirty days for the order to be shown as delivered. We have cameras and the package was never delivered. I re-ordered the shirts. The same thing has happened again. They have not been delivered and no proof of delivery has been provided. Pitiful!

Ordered 2 pairs of pants which came and were both poor quality and poor fit.

Returned same day via their returns service (Fedex) and have chased my refund but items are still "on their way back" after 18 days ??? Seriously, stucl at some where called FXO whatever that is.

They wont refund me my $200 which is shameful.

Trust me believe all the bad reviews, this company sucks.

I ordered three beanies and they arrived very quickly. I'm extremely please with shipping. As my items are still new only time will tell about the quality, but I've heard good reviews. I guess I'll update about a year from now. Thank you Huckberry <3

What do you mean "future order"?
If you don't have the product then don't put it on you website. I still see the product on your website now. So why you cancel my order? My credit card and paypal account pay thousands of orders on the US website. This it the worst experience I met. It's a shame!

I'VE BEEN WAITUNG SINCE FEBRUARY FOR MY ORDER. THE SITE SAID MY ITEMS WERE DELIVERED TO MY MAILBOX. THEY WERE NEVER DELIVERED. SENT 4 EMAILS WITH NO ANSWER. BEYOND MAD !!!!!!

Ordered 20 shirts at $3.94 more than a month ago, send me fake delivery iy has been Delivered.
When I ask for locak delivery Address, Phone # and name of the company no response. Please do not give your credit card #. They will send you fake delivery, none like FedEX or UPS. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD #

Terrible experience contacting customer service with this company. They canceled my order & account without telling me why and made me feel like an inconvenience for reaching out to ask what had happened. I'll never order from this POS website ever again.

They always say if it's too good to be true it's not true and this definitely is not true kiss your money to buy

They just deactivated the account with no response or exlanation. (Thanks they did the refund - thats how I knew they dont like me for some reason - probably skin color or something, I dunno). Use Bezoz thing or something - dont waste time and efforts.

I have purchased nothing from this company, however I did make a purchase from huckberrymega that advertised on Facebook. My product said delivered and never received. I contacted Huckberry to find out what happened. They responded within a few hours and let me know that huckberry and huckberrymega are not related. I appreciated the very fast response which indicates that they are a company I will do business with in the future.

Huckleberry is an honest company with supreme customer service. I ordered Lems boulder boots in men's size rather than women's on accident. They do their returns with happy returns which are free to the customer and super easy. I had to return again for a bigger women's size and they answered my phone calls and emails promptly helping me. I highly recommend this website. Best customer service I've experienced from an online store.

Horrible. I'd recommend staying away from this company if you want what you ordered. Gave me a tracking number and promised 14 day delivery… never arrived although they notated on the delivery slip it was put in the mail box. Scammers who will charge your account and not send you what you ordered. Chinese company with no souls or morals.

Waiting for an months and a half. Their shotty tracking system said was delivered nevertheless not to me.
